Big Read Paper Making :: November 11, 2024

As part of Hive+EPL’s A Year of Joy and Gratitude Big Read programming, community members joined us in the Falcon Room at Evanston Public Library’s Main Branch on November 11, 2024 to make paper by hand from dyed cotton linter pulp with shimmery inclusions of joy.

Paper made during all of our Big Read papermaking workshops during A Year of Joy and Gratitude will be used to create two large collaborative tapestries that will be permanently displayed at both Evanston Public Library branches.
